The Milne Graden beat runs 1.4 miles along the Tweed, with wading on the upper stretch, the boat on the lower— and with a season that opens in February and runs through to November, it offers some of the longest fishing of any salmon river in the UK. Salmon and sea trout move through reliably across spring, summer and autumn, meaning there are few weeks in that stretch that disappoint.
